Please note that the lots will close independently, beginning at 10:00 AM on January 14th, with one lot closing every minute. Closing times may vary based on bidding activity: if a bid is placed in the final three minutes before a lot's scheduled closing time, the system will extend the closing by an additional five minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
A 35% commission will be applied to the final bid price of each lot.
Please note that no condition reports will be issued for this auction. However, the department is available to provide front and back images of the lots or to schedule viewing appointments. Viewing is available from Wednesday, January 8th, to Friday, January 10th, and on Monday, January 13th.
