Rifled, octagonal barrels (clean bore, visible rifling), browned (with areas damaged by superficial rust), signed in gold "Canon de Leclerc", engraved at the base with floral motifs and numbered in gold, on the top left mark of the Liegi test bench, below mark "LC" under lily and within oval and various other marks. Tangs decorated en suite at the base. Forward spring percussion locks signed "NOUVELLE J.NE A ANGOULEME", lock plates fully engraved with floral motifs, rebated tangs. Half stocks of briarwood with fore-end cap sculpted with racemes and butt worked with grooves and coils. Iron mounts engraved en suite, trigger guard provided with finger support. Trigger and set trigger. In their original wooden case, lined with burgundy velvet (damaged parts), complete with all tools and key.
