Venezia, Peregrinus de Pasqualibus, 11 febbraio 1493/94. In 4°. Testo in gotica su due colonne, incipit con rubrica in rosso, un carta della tavola iniziale legata erroneamente, aloni e restauri alle prime carte, nota di possesso cancellata ad inizio opera, legatura in pergamena del sec.XVII.
