Two heavy, octagonal, over-and-under, 15.2 mm cal barrels: the upper barrel is rifled and signed ‘IOS HEIZENBERGER A NEUSTAT’, provided with foresight and rear sight with a fixed and a foldaway leaf. The lower barrel is smoothbore, with 15.2 mm calibre. Tang numbered ‘34’. Iron locks with flat plate, both working and converted to percussion, featuring beautiful, fish-shaped hammers. Wooden full stock in good condition (minor pitting), engraved with scrolls and outlines, the butt-plate provided with cheekpiece and wooden patchbox. Brass mounts. Trigger guard, double trigger. The upper barrel with areas of rust. Interesting.
