Ricardo Kaká, full name Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, is a Brazilian former footballer, born on April 22, 1982 in Gama, Brazil. Kaká was one of the most talented and recognizable footballers of his time, known for his elegance, technique, and his ability in attacking play.
Kaká's career has been remarkable both at club and international level. He began his professional career in Brazil with São Paulo, where he was successful by winning the Copa do Brasil and the Copa Libertadores in 2002. His talent attracted international attention and in 2003 he was transferred to Milan in Italy.
With Milan, Kaká lived the most significant period of his career. He contributed significantly to Milan's victory in Serie A, Coppa Italia and especially the UEFA Champions League in 2007. In the same year, he won the Golden Ball as the best player in the world.
After his time at Milan, Kaká played for Real Madrid in Spain and later made a brief return to Milan before moving to Major League Soccer (MLS) in the United States, where he played for Orlando City.
At international level, Kaká has represented Brazil in numerous competitions, winning the 2002 FIFA World Cup and appearing at several World Cups and Copa Americas.
