Curved, single-and short false-edged blade with almost parallel flat sides, marked at the forte with "K" under star, "B" among laurels, and "L" inside a circle, with mark and date "M.f.re Imp.ale du Klingenthal X... 1813" at the back. Some pitting at the tip. Typical one-piece brass hilt with grip. Tang probably restored. Guard with remains of marks and stamp "VERSAILLES". Leather scabbard with brass mounts. Cap with loop and white-dyed leather lacing.
