Smoothbore, two-stage barrel, octagonal at the first part with engraved frame and signature "WARSOP" and with mark of the Birmingham test bench, then round after a ring and with bell-mouthed nozzle, provided with a snap bayonet with release mechanism on the tang. Lock converted to percussion signed "BRUMITT" and with small defect on the lock plate. Full stock checkered at the base. Brass-tipped wooden ramrod with iron cartridge extractors.
