Ralph Macchio (Huntington, November 4, 1961) is an American actor who entered the collective imagination thanks to the role of Daniel LaRusso in the film seriesThe Karate Kid paired with Pat Morita. In 2018 he returns to play the character in the seriesCobra Kai. In 1983 he participated in the film directed by Francis Ford Coppola The Boys on 56th Street, with Patrick Swayze, Matt Dillon, Emilio Estevez, C. Thomas Howell, Rob Lowe and Tom Cruise.
