Curved, single-and-false-edged blade, with wide fuller, finely engraved with floral motifs and trophies at the forte, the tang marked "1851 Napoli Labruna" on the right, on the other side the crowned monogram "FII" (king Ferdinand II). Brass hilt with three loop-guards, with elliptical and convex langets. Brass grip in one piece with remains of gilding, faceted, iron button. Iron scabbard with two suspension rings and brass cap.
