One-piece skull with a low, twisted comb. The sides with grooves featuring curls at the centre and very few remains of engraving. Various holes for applications. Intact visor with wide eye-slot, ribbed at the center with an evident tip, the upper part with circular air holes, the right side with rectangular air holes and with a circle at the centre, all outlined at the borders; the left side decorated almost en suite, the openings are only engraved. Lowered edge finely engraved with floral motifs on a dark and granulated ground in the Landshut or Augsburg style. Smooth beaver, ribbed at the centre and decorated with an engraved four-leaf clover on each side. The base with a row of rivets. Various small restorations. Beautiful and rare closed helmet of elegant manufacture, rarely available on the international market.
