Flower-shaped rain guard with beautiful carved and faceted beadwork arranged in rosettes, in the centre a rivet of almost spherical form. Two small arms of the hilt carved in bands. Openwork guard. Iron foil grip worked in small diamond shapes. Pinecone-shaped pommel.
