Original comic art made by Crepax for the page 1 of "La Marianna goes to the countryside", the adventure of the sensual Valentina published for the first time in the supplement by Linus Valentina Speciale in July 1969 and subsequently in the volume "Valentina con gli boots" by Milano Libri in 1970. "La Marianna goes in the countryside" is one of the most complex stories made by Crepax, the story takes place in Versilia and is based on the triangle between Valentina, Philip and Marianna, an extraterrestrial entity who has decided to build a body similar to that of Valentina. Crepax reveals his passion for fantasy literature: from RL Stevenson to ETA Hoffmann up to W. Gombrowicz. The page we presented was published on the back cover of the volume "Sex fiction: Robotic fairy tales" in the Erotica series n. 20 by Mondadori in 2015. Signed and dated.
