Parchment codex of 41 leaves (only 40 written), 210 x 150 mm., written by a single hand dating back to the mid-16th century which transcribes three acts of 17 May 1457, 13 September 1466 and 12 November 1470 respectively. Writing mirror ruled 165 x 110 mm., 22 lines, some sporadic corrections, 18th century leather binding with decorations on the spine, worn, peeling.

Interesting notarial document, in which three deeds are transcribed, all relating to the sale by the Sforzas of possessions and goods to the Melzi. These are the royalties of Pontirolo, Canonica and Fara d'Adda, as well as the port of Vaprio d'Adda and related rights, including land.
