Second edition of the Italian translation edited by Donato Acciaioli of the Histories of the Florentine people in twelve books, begun by Leonardo Bruni Aretino (1370 - 1444) in 1414, and whose drafting accompanied the famous intellectual, philosopher and writer throughout his life.
