Rome, Niccola Roisecco, 1765. In the 8th. 3 vols. Allegorical front door with the personification of the city of Rome in the first volume, with over two hundred engravings in the text and 38 (of 40) copper plates folded out of the text, initials and woodcut friezes, light scattered blooms, some light stains and burnishing, in vol I . restorations to the K8 paper and to the plate of p. 241, coeval parchment binding, marbled cuts, title imprinted in gold within a gusset on the spine, slight defects. Paper ex libris on counterplates, stamp belonging to the first volume.
