Specialist Notes
Very interesting is the Plan of Palazzo Wedekind, which was supposed to be used by a group of liberal conspirators to place explosives there, since the officers' club of the Zouaves in the service of Napoleon III is on the first floor of the palace. The attack was not then carried out because all the young conspirators, who went to the first shots from Villa Glori to collect rifles and ammunition in a villa on the Salaria, following a spying were arrested as they reached the villa in dribs and drabs. & Nbsp;
