Paper manuscript of the first half of the seventeenth century, 340 x 210 mm., Folios [1], 265 n.n. (12 of which are white), humanistic chancery writing, clear and elegant with two octaves per page, reference at the end of the paper, title page in capital letters enclosed in a triple thread frame, marginal flourishes on some papers, coeval binding in full parchment with title at back.

This is a beautiful copy of Lippi's famous masterpiece, almost certainly preceding the first printed edition which appeared in 1676 (Florence, G.T. Rossi). & nbsp;
