First volume: paper with title within a crown of leaves, allegorical table, pp. 2 with text, globe, 54 numbered plates, 1 - 54, other engraved title page, pp. 2 of text, numbered plates 55 -103; second volume: plates 104 - 203; third volume plates 104 - 309, and 3 unnumbered maps of Europe, for a total of 313, & nbsp; geographic maps engraved in copper and with contemporary coloring of the borders, in the first volume some stains, and on the other volumes some halo, contemporary bindings in brown half leather, damaged. & nbsp;

Specialist Notes

Rare atlas. Reilly (1766-1820) published the atlas at the rate of one map per week for 17 years from June 1789 to July 1806, producing, in total, about 830 maps of Europe. A third part of the atlas was intended to cover the rest of the world, but was never published. & Nbsp; I The lot is sold as a collection of plates and is not eligible for return. & nbsp; & nbsp;
