Testo in gotica su due colonne, manca la prima carta con l'occhietto, supplita in facsimile, forellino all'ultima carta della Tabula, legatura del sec.XIX in mezza pelle e cartone. Nota di possesso alla c.ar di tal "Barnaba Veronensis olivetani ordinis".
