Testo in gotica su due colonne, mancano le carte A1 (bianca) N6 e P8 (registro), prime e ultime carte un po' brunite, qualche macchia, legatura del secolo XVIII, autore e titolo manoscritti al dorso, in pergamena rigida, tagli a spruzzo.
