Serial number matching with the frame on both barrel and wedge. Half-fluted and rebated, five-shot cylinder with remains of the patent mark. Working mechanism. Frame marked "COLTS PATENT", with serial number "20xx". The cylinder pin numbered en suite. Brass handle bands with matching serial numbers. Handle with eemains of silver-plating. Pitting. Smooth, walnut handle.
