On the obverse, a beautiful representation of fasces placed on laurel branches and with the well-marked inscription in relief "A GIUSEPPE MOSCONE". Next to the left border the signature "JACOANGELI - NAPOLI - 18 C.". On the reverse the dedication "L'ISTITUTO FOTO-RADIO-TERAPICO MEMORE E GRATO 1921 - 1929", also in relief. In its original case lined with blue Moroccan leather. The interior with blue velvet lining and the lid padding (made of white fabric) featuring a gold stamping of the manufacture "G. IACOANGELI - NAPOLI".
