A very rare Mod. 1937 general officer's dagger that belonged to Giuseppe Moscone. Well-preserved single-and-false-edged blade, with typical aluminium grip shaped as an eagle's head, faux ivory grip scales with gilded brass fasces. Complete with black lacquered scabbard with gilt mounts. Provided with gilded brass mounts, with "M" hook under eagle on a black enameled background and a "Roman-style" cartouche with the inscription "S.P.Q.R.". Complete with its case covered with brown Moroccan leather featuring gilded elements, the interior (partially) lined with silk and featuring small raised wooden elements.
