PROBIN" in gold, the base with engraved frame and rear sight, two circled marks "P" and "V", barrel section becoming slightly smaller towards the nozzle, the latter with foresight. Tang engraved with floral motifs. Flintlock with lock plate (slight pitting) signed "Probin" in gold, lowered tang with engraved flower, with anti-friction and sealing systems, safety lock; gold-lined vent. Wooden stock (restorations to the grip) with checkered butt. Engraved iron mounts. Horn-tipped wooden ramrod.
