Filippo Inzaghi (Piacenza, 9 August 1973) is an Italian football coach and former footballer, playing a striker role. He was world champion and European vice-champion with the Italian national team in 2006 and 2000 respectively. At club level, he won the UEFA Champions League with Milan in 2003 and 2007, the Club World Cup again in 2007, and the scudetto in 2003-2004 and 2010-2011; with Juventus, he won the 1997-1998 scudetto and the 1999 Intertoto Cup. In the ranking of goals scored in UEFA club competitions he is sixth with 70 goals, (first among Italians) and is tenth in the Champions League with 50 goals scored (first among Italians). Furthermore, he is the player who has scored the most goals (2) in a single UEFA Champions League final (2006-2007 edition), tied with six other players. As for the Italian national team, of which he was a member from 1997 to 2007, among the Azzurri he boasts 57 appearances and 25 goals (sixth place in the historical ranking of scorers of the Italian representative, on a par with Adolfo Baloncieri and Alessandro Altobelli).
