Luigi Parpagliolo (Palmi 1862 - Rome 1953) lawyer, writer and man of & nbsp; wide culture and wide erudition, he devoted his activity in various prestigious positions & nbsp; held (at the Ministry of Education, at the Directorate for Antiquities and Fine Arts, at legislative commissions for the protection of natural beauties, at the vice-presidency of the Abruzzo National Park Authority) in the enhancement and conservation of the Italian artistic and natural heritage. Many of the incomparable beauties of our country have been saved by the long and constant work of defense and protection of the landscape carried out by him, a work supported by in-depth studies, a fervent passion for beauty and considerable legal skills & nbsp; < br>
