dating: first quarter of the 16th Century provenance: North Italy, Double-edged triangular cusp with a strong central riser, the base is chiseled in the shape of a heart, double-edged side wings with a riser and inclined at the tip towards the blade, at the base are two hollows, the upper one ending in clicks; faceted ferrule; on a wooden cylindrical pole completely covered with maroon velvet (worn in various parts) with rivets and small tassels. Well-proportioned and prominent example of one of the most fascinating hoisted weapons.
