Straight, double-edged blade of hexagonal section, engraved, three-stage base, on the right side a double eagle between two stylised and mirrored birds, on the other side an effigy of a pope framed en suite (remains of gilding). Iron hilt with double valve, loop-guard and oval pommel. Wooden grip with iron wire binding, one of the two Moor's heads is missing. This lot is imported from a non-EU country and incurs additional taxes beyond the auction house commission and the V.A.T. Consequently, the total Buyer’s Premium, inclusive of all taxes, amounts to 35%.
