dating: 19th Century provenance: Borneo, Solid and long, curved, single-edged blade with two wings at the back and one at the base, circular brass inlays on both sides. Fine, richly sculpted bone grip, the base covered with vegetal wire binding. Fine wooden scabbard partially sculpted in relief, vegetal wire binding and suspension ripe. A thin scabbard for a knife at the back. North Borneo, Sarawak. length 77.5 cm.
