dating: 19th Century provenance: Sulawesi, Solid, single-edged blade with risers at the back. Fine, partially sculpted, wooden hilt decorated with bone inlays (small missing parts) and with grip covered with vegetal fiber. Wooden scabbard, the upper part richly sculpted with geometrical motifs with two loops for a rope. The lower part covered with red rattan, sculpted wooden chape. length 58 cm.
