dating: Late 19th Century provenance: Borneo, Straight, single-edged blade, with small carvings at the back near the weak, slight engravings and one side engraved with brass decorations. Deer-horn hilt with vegetable fibre wire binding, the pommel richly carved and pierced. Beautiful wooden scabbard carved with decorations in bone and vegetable fibre wire binding. Small missing parts. Rare. length 71 cm.
