dating: 19th Century provenance: Borneo, Solid, single-edged blade decorated with circular brass inlays and with carved back and tip. Sculpted and engraved deer-horn hilt, fiber wire binding covering at the base. Partially carved, wooden scabbard with rattan bands and black horsehair on the back. Complete with suspension rope made of vegetable fiber. Dusun people. length 66 cm.
