dating: End of 19th beginning of 20th Century provenance: Borneo, Solid, single-edged blade. Beautiful hilt made of richly carved and pierced deer horn, covered with vegetable fiber at the base. Beautiful, wooden scabbard covered with red fabric, sculpted deer horn cap, the edges with goat fur among bands made of colored glass beads, the center decorated with four, decorated, iron studs probably from an Indian shield. Complete with fiber and fabric wire binding with wooden closing button. Rare and unusual decoration of the scabbard. length 62 cm.
