dating: 19th Century provenance: Kalimantan, Strong, straight blade, enlarged toward the foible, double tip, partially hollowed with small dents, thin groove near the back. Wooden hilt, finely embossed with floral and geometrical motifs, long pommel decorated with ormai utan fur (an animal feared by Dyak tribes), the grip with wire binding in vegetable fiber. Complete with rare, wooden scabbard. length 99.5 cm.
