Elegant and refined set of mounts worked en suite. Of shakudo nanako. The external surface is browned and finely granulated. The fuchi decorated in relief with the effigy of a flying crane and bamboo canes in relief, the figures enriched with shibuichi and gold. Mei: Masanori Ishiguro. The kashira with the bottom worked en suite and an elegant effigy of the full moon (this too is golden and slightly scratched) peeping out among the clouds. Opening for the blade 2.7 cm Epoch: probably late Edo, 19th century. Kept in kiri-box.
