Koshirae with iron mokko gata tsuba decorated with silver leaves (damaged by rust). Fuchi-kashira with a drawing depicting ears in a skewer (symbol of the strength of the samurai who killed several enemies), gilded menuki. Fine, red-brown lacquered saya with ishimeji finishing. Engraved metal kurigata with remains of original gilding. Mid Edo period.
