Hachi consisting of four heavy, black-lacquered blades with silver-edged iron Mabisashi. Five-plate Shikoro with blue silk laces. The iron maedate shaped as a lion's head from the Showa period. The small cloth-covered Fukigaeshi with 'Kuginuki' mon. Three (!) test bumps, one in front and two on the sides certify the defensive quality of this kabuto. The kabuto is accompanied by a 2022 Nihon Kacchu-Bugu Kennkyu-Hozon-kai (NKBKHK) certificate with a 'Kicho-Shiryo' (very high quality) rating. Edo period, 17th century.
