Smoothbore, two-stage, octagonal and round, 16 mm cal barrel, with small, plumed, silver-inlaid moulded muzzle at the nozzle, net-shaped inlays at the base. Morlach flintlock. Working mechanism. Interesting metal stock. Iron fore-end, richly engraved with geometric motifs and spirals, then with richly decorated, brass inlays towards the nozzle. The grip and the butt stock with brass inlays decorated in relief with scrolls on a background that probably was enamelled. Iron trigger guard engraved en suite. Brass barrel brackets, engraved with floral motifs. Iron ramrod. Probably antique strap (damaged), decorated with studs. Interesting.
