Smoothbore, two-stage, 18 mm cal barrel with ring and acanthus leaves at the girdle, swallow-tailed front sight, keeping most of the original browning; tang engraved with floral motifs; flintlock signed "CARMI. PAPA", slightly engraved and carved. Wooden full stock (a very small restoration) carved at the fore-end cap, checkered hand rest and grooved butt. Filigree inlays with floral motifs up to the center of the butt, checkering with stylized lilies. Beautiful bronze mounts partly pierced or in bas relief with floral motifs, the pierced parts with granulated background. Browned butt-plate. Iron ramrod with carved tip.
