Curved, tipped, single-and short false-edged blade, with fuller on two-thirds of its length and tang with remains of boar-shaped mark. Well preserved, nickel-plated finishing. Brass hilt with remains of gilding. Large and pierced guard decorated in relief with Austrian imperial double-headed eagle surrounded by florals. Long cap with relieved laurel branches. Grip with fish-skin covering and remains of metal wire binding. Iron scabbard with leather covering (damaged parts, signs of use and time); brass mounts with a fixed lug and a loop. Cap with the emperor's crowned monogram 'FJ1'.
