Two-stage, smoothbore, 16 mm cal. barrel, octagonal at the first part with two marks, one marked 'SALVAD. AMMIRATO", the second (not clearly legible) "FABBR. DI PALERMO' both inside lilies and flowers with remains of original gilding. Then round after a ring and an acanthus leaf. Percussion lock with lock plate engraved with floral motifs, the cock with external spring enclosed in a disc with brass cover decorated en suite. Wooden full stock with checkered palm rest and grip, smooth brass mounts, missing ramrod. The mechanism needs revision.
