Straight, "flame"-shaped, waved, double-edged blade of lenticular section, with a fuller and two thin grooves at the forte; inside the fuller remains of letters that are only partially legible "...NDR...A FERARA" (probably Andrea Ferrara). Remains of three crescent-shaped marks in the central segment. Steel hilt, with two specular valves with openwork. Counter-curved, short parry quillon ending in a bulb with fuller sides. Guard with four loop-guards which diverge from the central one and then counter-curve and join the valves. Bulb-shaped pommel, with flat sides worked with a longitudinal fuller, back with floral engraving. The sleeve with iron wire binding and moor's head, probably of later manufacturing.
