Smoothbore, round, damask, 12 gauge barrels (clean bores in good condition, the right one with light pitting). Receiver with remains of earlier tortoise-shell finishing. Forward spring locks signed "Colt's Pt. F. A. Mfg. Co.". Well working mechanisms. Remains of browning. Walnut butt and fore-end, both with checkering. Lower tang with serial number "11xxx", also present on the receiver, barrels and fore-end cross. Iron butt plate
