length 36,5 cm.
Octagonal, rifled, drop barrels with semi-breechloading system, made of damask still partly visible on the surface, with foresight and fixed rear sight, signed in gold "F.NI PAR LE PAGE ARQ. DU ROI". Horizontal counter-clockwise rotating opening and push-button release in the lower part of the receiver. The latter is made of steel, finely engraved with racemes. The two barrels are numbered "1" and "2". The upper tang engraved like the receiver, nipple with small spark arrester. Backward spring locks with working mechanism and with lock plate also engraved with racemes. Ebony butts with longitudinal fuller, fluted and lily decoration. Butt-plates made of steel and engraved with racemes. Trigger guards with finger support. Some signs of use and time. Kept in a wooden case, grip with brass mounts. Together with a few accessories of the period such as bullet mold and flask, nipple wrench probably not pertinent. Loading gate covers replaced. Antique green velvet lining with signs of use and time. Lock with working key.
