Made of cylindrical metal, covered with light blue velvet, partly frayed and faded, decorated with twenty-four, finely engraved, bronze imperial eagles. The two ends featuring a bronze hilt, flat, disk-shaped top with reduced base and two rings. One hilt with a partially-enameled, silver cross of the Order of St. Andrew, the other side with a finely-enameled Order of St. George.
