Strong, straight, parallel double-edged blade, slightly tapered at the base, ribbed at the center, with a roundish tip (the edge with some small dent); remains of an engraved oval depicting the effigy of the Crucifixion of Christ at forte on one side, its frame with the inscription "MISERERE MEI DOMINE IN MAGNA MISERICORDIA TUA"; finely engraved, floral decoration above and under the oval. Iron hilt with straight quillons with twisted edges, joined to the short loop-guards by two parry rings, twisted as well and doubly enlarged at the center. Wooden grip with the remains of fabric covering, with an iron, central stave. Ring nuts with festooned border at the edges. Iron, fig-shaped pommel with twisted decoration en suite with the edges of the quillons. Rare.
