dating: End of 19th beginning of 20th Century provenance: USA, Leather belt (belt length 94 cm.). Brass buckle with 'NJ' initials. Leather cartridge box with cartridge loops inside, brass mounts and plaque with 'NJ'. Leather holster stamped 'US' and with remains of marking 'ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL ...' (the rest is not clearly legible). Together with an unmarked socket bayonet (the screw of the ring nut is not pertinent) with metal scabbard and leather belt frog featuring a brass mount with 'NJ'. Heavy signs of use and time. height holster 26 cm.
