dating: 15th-16th Century provenance: Eastern Europe, Curved, single-and short false-edged blade of flat section, provided with typical iron ring nut at the base. Iron hilt with small cusped quillons. Strong pitting, small missing parts and signs of time. Restored handle, made in recent times. Probably ancient pommel, provided with eyelet and ring on one side. length 106 cm.
