dating: 1884 provenance: France, Rifle, two-stage, 11 mm cal barrel (visible rifling, clean bore), with markings 'S.1884,' 'M.le 1874,' serial number 'N32xxx' and marks 'R', 'T,'. Grooved, six-shot cylinder with coeval serial number and mark 'N'. Frame with inscription 'M.re d'Armes St. Etienne, various marks within a shield, serial number coeval with other parts. Checkered wooden grips. Browning in good condition (about 80%). Working mechanism. length 23,8 cm.
