dating: 1920 - 1930 provenance: China, With quality blades, thin and of triangular section, both with remains of damask (crucible?); flat on one side and ribbed at the center on the opposite side, well sharpened only at the tip. Both with the copper-foiled seven stars of Ursa Major, a Taoist symbol, at the forte, and an inscription in ideograms. Typical brass mounts with remains of silvering. Wooden hilts. Together in their wooden scabbard with mounts worked en suite. Elegant period swords of the Republican era, a period when Chinese martial arts had great success, and in which several modern styles were created. length 85,1 cm.
